"Le vin de palme" or palm tree wine is a naturally fermanted wine widely consumed throughtout villages and
cities; it is one very important tradition in Gabon to sit with friends or relatives and drink bottles of that
sweet wine, as it detengle tongues and ease the spirits of the inhabitants(that wine makes you drunk softly
and the boose comes from a sacred tree corse that makes the fermantation). It only last 1/2 hour if
you stop drinking it, that's because it's 100% naturally fermanted! It's goooooood and very perishable, as
they use no chemicals or aditives to keep it from turning bad... that's why when a freshly wine is "born" or made, it
can only be drank the very same day or at most the same night!
I tried to keep it in a frigde one day, it only added half a day to it's life expectancy...
